Our Booking Terms

-- Program Eligibility -- The Safe Driving Program is for people who have been directed by a Court to complete the program. Before booking, please ensure the Safe Driving Program is listed as a requirement on your Court Order. Participants who book without meeting eligibility requirements may not be eligible for a refund. -- Program Fee and Payment -- The program fee is $890 per participant. Full payment is required when booking. Your place is confirmed once payment has been received. -- Cancellations, Transfers and Non-Attendance -- Participants who do not attend their booked session will forfeit the program fee. Participants will also be required to rebook and pay a full additional fee if they arrive late, cannot access the online session, do not meet participation requirements, or are unable to complete the program. Requests to transfer to another session will be considered individually and may include a $360 fee. -- Program Delivery -- The Safe Driving Program is delivered online by experienced facilitators and runs for approximately 5 hours. Session details will be provided once your mandated status has been confirmed. Participants must email a copy of their Court Order or a letter from VicRoads or the Department of Transport to verify their eligibility. Joining instructions will be emailed approximately 24 hours before your scheduled session. -- Technology Requirements -- Participants require access to a computer, laptop or tablet with a working camera and microphone, a reliable internet connection, a quiet and private location, and valid photo identification. Mobile phones cannot be used to complete the program. Participants joining from a mobile phone may be required to rebook. -- Participation Requirements -- The Safe Driving Program is an interactive group session. Participants are required to join on time, remain present for the full program, keep their camera on, participate respectfully and follow facilitator instructions. A certificate of completion can only be provided when all program requirements have been successfully met.
